In order to reach existing customers more frequently and in a more targeted manner, Vergölst GmbH wanted to improve the individual customer approach. Since the specialist for tyres and car services already uses Adobe Campaign Standard for marketing, it was obvious to optimise both the know-how of the employees and the corresponding processes. With diva-e's support, the campaign management of Adobe Campaign Standard was to be improved.
As an Adobe Platinum Partner, diva-e has proven experience with the marketing tool Adobe Campaign Standard. First, diva-e exchanged ideas with Vergölst in workshops about the business goals and the status quo of the campaigns. In a roadmap, the digital experts formulated the requirements and challenges of campaign management with Adobe Campaign Standard. diva-e then dedicated itself to rebuilding and optimising the three most important campaigns.
diva-e optimised the data selection of the three most important campaigns to such an extent that the Vergölst team can now approach its existing customers in a much more targeted and structured way. On the technical side, diva-e reduced the runtime of workflows in some cases by a multiple of the time previously required. In addition, diva-e developed three deliverables for process optimisation in campaign management: Campaign Brief, Errors Log and QA Checklist. In addition, after several training sessions, the Vergölst team has gained significantly more confidence in using Adobe Campaign Standard. For the future, Vergölst plans to expand its cooperation with other diva-e business units.
