The Bochum office is very centrally located and is only a few minutes’ walk from the city centre and the main railway station. There are free parking spaces available for all employees who brave their way through commuter traffic. The U-Bahn underground is also located in the direct vicinity of the office as well as many shops including a bakery, butcher shop, supermarket and restaurants with lunch menus, etc.
Our colleagues in Bochum serve clients throughout Germany. Many projects for well-known clients, such as Unilever, real and Zalando, have been implemented from this location.
The office consists of bright rooms organised according to project teams. The heart of our office is the coffee machine, around which colleagues regularly meet in a relaxed atmosphere for a caffeinated beverage. In addition, the balcony is perfect for barbecuing together in the summer months.
A particular highlight here is the team atmosphere. Group lunches and office parties are not uncommon. Workspaces are traded frequently to promote team work and facilitate exchange. Our practice of addressing each other informally, flat hierarchies and lots of freedom to act and make decisions further ensure an excellent team atmosphere.
Balancing the demands of work and raising a family is not always easy today. At diva-e, flexible working-hour schemes are an important priority and the family situation of each employee is considered. This makes life much easier!
As a father of two, flexible work hours and the possibility to work from home are important to me. At diva-e, these requirements are a matter of course.
