Built in 1903, the building was once a laundry mat, the Volunteers of America headquarters downtown, and owned by P&G. It has been rehabbed and completely refurbished to house our offices. Today, you can enjoy the old wood floors and ceilings while having the modern comforts of an office space. Being located in the heart of the OTR is convenient as you are within a short walking distance to amazing food, drinks, and shops.

The office is a mix of open working space, quiet break out rooms, conference rooms, and collaborative soft seating areas. Each floor is equipped with coffee, water, and sparkling water.
