Application process

  1. Apply Online:

    You can find all current vacancies on our job board. From there, you can apply for jobs quickly and easily with just a few clicks. You will also find the right contact person to get in touch with should you have questions about a position or about our company. If your ideal position is not currently listed, you can also send an unsolicited application.

    Once we have received your application, you will get an automatic confirmation of receipt. We will then be in touch with a reply in a timely manner.

  2. Interview & interview assignment

    If your qualifications match our requirements for a specific position, we will invite you to an interview. Sometimes, we first briefly get to know candidates through a telephone interview, and subsequently schedule an in-person interview at our offices. Depending on the position for which you are applying, you may also be asked to complete an interview assignment.

    Do you have children and can’t find childcare on short notice? No problem. Here, you can simply bring your child with you to the interview, and we’ll make sure your little one is entertained.

  3. Hiring

    If it suits both sides, we look forward to making you an offer. Our Recruiting Team is always ready to answer any questions you may have.

  4. From contract to the first days at work

    We want you to feel comfortable with us from the moment you sign your contract, even if your start date is still a long way off. We accompany you during the transition phase as well as through an intensive orientation programme and the first days on the job.
