Consulting & Project Management
With us, the boundaries between Consultant and Project Manager are very fluid. We expect our Project Managers to be able to advise our clients and our Consultants to manage projects. But as a professional, that’s no problem for you and you’re happy with the range of responsibilities. And if, at the beginning, you’re stronger in one area than in the other, we’ll ensure that your skills are developed further – above all, it’s important to us that you fit into our team. We'll help you with the technical challenges! Either way: with exciting projects in areas such as e-commerce, content management, process automation, mobile, IoT or big data, you’re driving digitalisation in the most diverse range of industries and enabling users to enjoy positive digital experiences.
From start-ups, medium-sized companies to multi-nationals, from energy, retail, banking, automotive to FC Bayern Munich: You leave your mark on our well-known clients and make the project yours. Here, you’ll find a selection of clients and case studies that could soon be yours.
As a Consultant / Project Manager, you either ensure complete digital development projects are a success, or work on specialist technical projects in areas such as UX & UI Design, SEO, SEA/PPC, Digital Analytics and Content Marketing. In our job portal, you’ll find current Consulting / Project Management vacancies in which you can leave your mark on the digital world.
What’s more, we also offer exciting prospects and great roles in Strategy Consulting!
From the very beginning, you are our face to the client during all phases of the project lifecycle and manage demanding digital projects. As a Project Manager or Consultant, you liaise between the client and in-house specialist colleagues and unite the needs of the client, project requirements and the work of the project team in the best possible way. You understand the client's requirements, coordinate with them and identify the best solution. Depending on your skills and the project, you support pitches, define technical prerequisites, put together the internal project team and develop tenders. As a Consultant, you're available as an adviser to your clients at all times and ensure close collaboration within your project team from the initial project idea to go-live, taking the project safely through all phases. It’s thanks to your conscientious project management and your sense of budget efficiency that the defined project goals are ultimately achieved and the client is happy.
In our diverse teams, in which you work with colleagues from, for example, Software Development, UX & UI Design and SEO, SEA/PPC, Digital Analytics and Content Marketing, you work on contrasting client projects. Depending on their size, our projects last between 3 months and several years. You usually work on a client project with diva-e colleagues with different roles, experience levels and locations. Depending on the project, team sizes range between 3 and 20 diva-e employees. We frequently also integrate clients’ employees into our project teams.
You have a permanent desk at one of our German offices. During projects, you either work in the office or sometimes at the client’s premises. Of course, we try to keep travel to a minimum and to accommodate your personal circumstances. But unfortunately, in our industry, travel can’t always be avoided. The need to travel may be slightly higher at the start of the project, but then decline over time. What’s more, it’s important to us that you can work when and where you are most productive. Therefore, we also offer attractive home working options.
Your working environment
Our focus is clearly on the employee. Flat hierarchies and treating each other as equals ensures open and transparent communication at all levels. This creates an excellent workplace atmosphere in which teamwork is of the upmost importance. Quick approval and decision-making processes characterise our daily work and provide extensive creative freedom – you manage your project your own way.
New projects, new clients or new technologies are a pleasure, not a pain. You want to learn, to continuously evolve and to pass on your knowledge both internally and externally. With your understanding attitude, you ensure smooth communication between client and team. You have a sense of financial viability, work independently and do not let even stressful situations get the better of you. Depending on your level of experience, you take on more responsibility and are in charge of complex projects, both large and small.
