The trainee programme in detail
As a graduate trainee at diva-e, you will not be pressed into a rigid, pre-defined programme. Instead, we individually tailor the program to your experience, interests and skills. The length of the trainee program also depends on the area in which you would like to specialise and on your level of knowledge.
When you start with us, you will receive extensive onboarding to get to know diva-e and your colleagues well. What’s more, you will have access to a specific employee who will act as your mentor throughout the entire time. The intensity of the onboarding phase and the assignments we entrust to you very much depend on your experience and knowledge.
Your mentor will tell you exactly how your graduate trainee programme is structured and what the first steps are. From the very start, you will be involved in day-to-day business: you will receive your first projects and assignments and be given responsibility very quickly. We don’t do long theoretical introductions at the beginning the programme. Here, you will find a selection of projects that we have completed in the past for our clients large and small.
It is important you feel comfortable with us during your trainee program. Therefore, during the first weeks and months of our collaboration, there are regular feedback sessions with your mentor. At the end of the probationary period, regular employee appraisals take place in which we talk about your further development and your satisfaction.

Your trainee program usually lasts between six months and two years, depending on the area you are working in and the experience you have. The trainee program can be completed full-time (40 hours/week) or, by mutual agreement, as day-release with a reduced number of hours.
