What you need
You can apply for the trainee programme or a current vacancy with us if you...
... have successfully completed your Bachelor or Master course (or are about to) or are looking to change careers
... are receptive to new ideas, open-minded, reliable and like to work both in a team and individually
... have a passion for digitalisation and e-business and would like to develop your skills in these areas
The trainee programme in detail
As a graduate trainee at diva-e, you will not be pressed into a rigid, pre-defined programme. Instead, we individually tailor the program to your experience, interests and skills. The length of the trainee program also depends on the area in which you would like to specialise and on your level of knowledge.
When you start with us, you will receive extensive onboarding to get to know diva-e and your colleagues well. What’s more, you will have access to a specific employee who will act as your mentor throughout the entire time. The intensity of the onboarding phase and the assignments we entrust to you very much depend on your experience and knowledge.
Your mentor will tell you exactly how your graduate trainee programme is structured and what the first steps are. From the very start, you will be involved in day-to-day business: you will receive your first projects and assignments and be given responsibility very quickly. We don’t do long theoretical introductions at the beginning the programme. Here, you will find a selection of projects that we have completed in the past for our clients large and small.
It is important you feel comfortable with us during your trainee program. Therefore, during the first weeks and months of our collaboration, there are regular feedback sessions with your mentor. At the end of the probationary period, regular employee appraisals take place in which we talk about your further development and your satisfaction.
From day one, you’re a valued member of our organisation. You work in an excellent corporate atmosphere and receive just as much trust and respect as our permanent employees. In addition, you benefit from many other perks, such as a variety of further education opportunities, occupational health management and much more.
Your trainee program usually lasts between six months and two years, depending on the area you are working in and the experience you have. The trainee program can be completed full-time (40 hours/week) or, by mutual agreement, as day-release with a reduced number of hours.
Our aim is always long-term collaboration. We hope the trainee program provides you with direct entry (or a career change) into your chosen specialisation and that you can find your professional home with us.
Your working environment
Our employees are our top priority – and that includes you! From day one, flat hierarchies and interacting as equals leads to open and transparent communication at all levels. This creates an excellent workplace atmosphere where teamwork is of the upmost importance. You have access to a specific employee at all times and work together with specialist experts in their respective fields. Your team looks forward to welcoming you!
