HR Business Partner & Recruiting
In our HR team, you look after our most important asset: Our employees, who are spread across our locations. In your various areas of responsibility, you ensure that our employees feel comfortable with us. You are always close to your colleagues, are open to questions and problems, and give advice respectfully. Whether as an HR Business Partner* or in Recruiting: Through your actions, you significantly shape our personnel work and ensure that our ‘Great Place to Work’ always grows with sufficient and, above all, satisfied employees. Depending on your position and location, you will be responsible for various activities in, for example, recruitment, personnel management or both.
As an HR Business Partner, you are very close to your colleagues: On average, you look after 60 employees, allowing you to really consult as an equal. From entry to exit, from employment contract to producing references, from parental leave approval to the further education budget: You advise your colleagues in all personnel-related matters. In addition, with your understanding nature, you oversee and conduct employee appeals, conflicts or exit talks. You contribute significantly to the organisation of the company through various HR projects, such as establishing a leadership program, developing career models or expanding the corporate health management scheme. As a ‘sparring partner’ for employees and executives, you combine your colleagues’ wishes and interests with those of your company as best you can. It’s thanks to your dedication that we are recognised as the best employer and a ‘Great Place to Work’.

Of course, the best possible candidate experience is always at the forefront of your mind. So much commitment gets results; we're delighted with our satisfied candidates – and the Best Recruiter in Germany award.
In HR Marketing, the focus is on attracting new employees and retaining existing employees. Externally, you make sure applicants see us as an attractive employer and the right candidates for vacancies are found. Inwardly, you help our employees feel at home in their workplace and thereby build a long-term and emotional bond.
You are responsible for the strategic development of our employer brand and turn strategies into reality. You plan and execute internal and external HR marketing campaigns while keeping the needs of our target group in mind. You design our online presence as an employer: From the career pages on our website, company profiles on job portals to social media – you ensure a consistent and attractive employer presence across all channels. We are also engaged in the community and, on our internal and external communication channels, you share news about various events such as; corporate runs, blood donation campaigns or animal and children partnerships.
Our HR Team is made up of HR Business Partners, full-time Recruiters and HR Marketing Managers. We work agile and regularly exchange information across locations, not just virtually, but through regular face-to-face meetings and team events. We primarily use tools from Haufe and Persis.
Depending your personnel responsibilities and assignments, you may need to travel. In recruiting, for example, you travel to events across Germany or, for personnel management, you visit a nearby location once a week. In addition, the team meets regularly at differing locations. What’s more, it’s important to us that you can work when and where you are most productive. Therefore, we also offer attractive home working options.
