In Sales & Account Management, you'll gain deep insights into the world of online marketing and work in a variety of areas. As a Sales Manager, for example, you are responsible for the sale of our products, technology platforms or services as well as acquiring new clients and looking after our existing ones. In Account Management, you maintain relationships with a fixed group of clients and are responsible for their satisfaction. And as a Pre-sales Engineer, you will provide technical advice to our clients and support our sales and project teams in client acquisition.

As a Sales Manager for our products, you are primarily responsible for the sale of our intelliAd Suite or our hosting and server products. You are responsible for new client acquisition as well as lead research. You make the initial contact and present our products – for example via GoToMeeting or appointments with the client – and look after the clients you have won until the contract is signed. You oversee existing clients in areas relevant to their contract. In addition, cross-selling and upselling ensure that your client relationships are maintained in the long-term. You keep abreast of current market trends, recognise potential and are in close contact with product management. Customer satisfaction is your motivation.
When selling our services or projects, you acquire new clients, develop existing clients and maintain long-term partner relationships. In doing so, you build on leads generated by Marketing and sell our e-business services to ensure large, customised client projects are won. We sometimes participate in tender processes from listed companies, but usually leads come from our partner network. That's why part of your time is always reserved for maintaining our key technology partnerships. In sales, you supervise the whole project from maintaining contact, analysing detailed requirements and preparing solution suggestions in co-operation with both relevant, specialist colleagues and our technology partners. As well as market-driven cost estimates and tender preparation, you exhaust cross-selling and upselling potential and are responsible for the sales of individual and long-term client solutions. What’s more, you make the pitch and presentations to the client for each project.
From client training, to support with questions relating to the product as well as the further development of further features together with colleagues from product management: As a can-do contact person, you ensure our customers can use products such as the multi award-winning intelliAd Suite, trouble-free. You understand client feedback and translate it into valuable product optimisations. Your ultimate goal: enthusiastic clients who are loyal to the company thanks to you.
You look after a fixed group of new and existing clients. Currently, the focus is primarily on our intelliAd Suite. These tool are algorithm-based, giving our clients full control over their online marketing. You ensure that our clients have a trouble-free introduction to the suite's products, conduct training and provide support with their questions. But with your performance marketing expertise, you also assist our clients beyond the usual support areas and help them optimise the performance of their online marketing activities. You perform annual reviews with your clients and identify potential for further collaboration. You work closely with the product management team and help (further) product development thanks to your feedback and ideas. The colleagues from the sales team are your valued contacts for client acquisition.
You'll also be posting to our knowledge center, the internal wiki for our customers, and creating tickets for the Development team.
