Your responsibilities

With your online strategies, you demonstrably lead our clients to success: you develop tailor-made SEO, SEA, Affiliate, or content strategies, implement them and continuously optimise them, thanks to digital analytics. You always have the long-term success of your projects in mind and give your clients advice and practical help as a competent, respectful partner. Depending on the size of the project, you look after one or more projects at the same time. Your involvement in projects will be determined by resources, capabilities and compatibility.

SEO Consulting

With your SEO strategies you take our clients to new heights. You know what a well-structured website looks like and how URLs have to be defined. Page structure and information architecture, technology, content editing or usability: As an architect of complex SEO projects, you develop tailor-made SEO strategies for our clients and lead them to success with the project team. You never forget your goal: top ranking with Google & Co. using relevant, precise keywords. As an SEO Consultant, you work hand in hand with the client and your project team to achieve the best possible results, create market and competition analyses, oversee the success of your plans and continuously optimise them. You communicate your knowledge competently and understandably in customer workshops and also with the team.

SEA/PPC Marketing

As a PPC Marketing Manager, you maintain and manage the Google Ads accounts of our long-standing clients in the B2B or B2C environment and develop them further. To achieve the best possible placement, you develop keyword bidding strategies, optimise feed based on the client’s SEA/PPC campaigns and always keep track of campaign performance. You're involved in the SEA, PPC & Social Ads project right from the start: You set up the project, initiate accounts and shopping feeds, and guide the projects to success on your own. Writing short texts for ads, blog posts or landing pages ensure a varied daily routine. Depending on your skills and experience, you also directly support acquisition.

Together with our customers, you, as Performance Marketing Manager in the Affiliate/Partnerships area, sharpen the digital user interaction via digital partnerships. You develop tailored affiliate strategies from their business model and define the goals and KPIs of their communication. In the implementation phase, you independently manage and develop our clients' affiliate programs, including agreements, planning and negotiations with affiliates, and optimize them on an ongoing basis. In doing so, you always have the sustainable success of your managed partner programs in mind and support your customers as a competent partner at eye level with words and deeds.

Digital Analytics Consulting

As a Digital Analytics Consultant, you design digital analytics solutions and are responsible for their technical implementation and deployment. You also streamline existing web analytics configurations. In order to identify potentials and weaknesses, you create complex analyses and visualise them in the form of automated reporting and target-group-specific dashboards. You create A/B and multivariate tests, evaluate them and derive performance and development goals based on relevant sales and interaction KPIs. Your tools: Google Analytics (focus on 360), Adobe Analytics (formerly Omniture), Matomo (‘Piwik’) or SAS CI 360.

With your communicative and understanding nature, you contribute to the further development of this area and the acquisition of exciting customers. As a member of the team, you are in close contact with SEO, SEA/PPC and other specialist departments and look after clients on your own from the B2B and B2C environment.

Content Marketing

As a Content Consultant & Editor, you create a tailor-made content strategy for SEO and SEA/PPC campaigns: You identify your clients’ expectations and goals and develop individual, brand-appropriate content plans. You conduct subject and keyword research, coordinate the project team with Editors, and provide feedback. But you also write copy yourself and prepare the content according to SEO requirements. By targeting your audience across all digital channels, subjects and formats, you ensure your clients achieve their goals – more traffic, more leads, better conversions. From pitch to implementation, you’re always willing to listen to your clients and advise them on any content issues. Depending on your skills and the interests you want to develop further, the focus of your responsibilities lies in content creation, project management or customer service.

Your team

In our diverse teams, you work closely with different departments across a multitude of disciplines. Generally, our projects run for several years. Depending on the project, you work on client projects with diva-e colleagues with different roles, experience levels and possibly locations.

Your location

Occasionally, you may also need to travel, for example, to visit other diva-e offices or the client’s premises. That's not the norm, but it might happen. What’s more, it’s important to us that you can work when and where you are most productive. Therefore, we also offer attractive home working options.
