People are our top priority. That is why HR is an established part of our corporate strategy and enshrined in our management team. Recruitment is your primary goal: You are delighted when you can fill a vacancy. As a recruiter, you are closely connected to your colleagues from our specialist departments and HR. Currently, the HR team consists of 25 employees: The recruiting team has 7 members and, together with our HR Business Partners and two recruitment marketeers, is responsible for recruiting and retaining employees. We work agilely, share information across all our locations and use tools from Haufe and Persis.

About the job

  • From writing job advertisements and analyzing applications to conducting interviews and assessing candidates: Working closely with the specialist departments, you control the total recruitment process and are a sounding board for your colleagues on recruitment. And when performing your role, you never forget the target audience.
  • Active Sourcing courses through your veins. With a reliable feeling for talent, you find the best candidates during Active Search and get them interested in our company. You are not reticent when conducting initial telephone interviews with candidates. What’s more, you enjoy trying out something new during Active Sourcing and develop new recruitment channels and search strategies.
  • Planning and conducting recruitment events for specific target groups is also part of your role. You are on-site at events and stand out thanks to your empathy and communication skills.
  • You constantly develop our recruiting strategy with the colleagues in your team and are always aware of current trends in recruiting.
  • You are responsible for preparing and issuing employment contracts, employment references, amendments to contracts etc as well as recording personnel changes via our personnel management system. In addition, you are involved in the maintenance of personnel files.
  • You oversee the administrative process when on boarding our new employees.
  • Furthermore, you are responsible for the certification system as well as the maintenance and administration of personnel data and time management.

Your profile

  • You are a real team player. One for all, all for one – that's your motto, and ours.
  • You have several years’ experience in recruiting in the IT sector. From initial approach to signing the contract: You know the ins and outs of the recruiting process like the back of your hand. Your knowledge of recruitment law is also one of your many skills. You have a head for business and know the most important recruiting metrics. You are communicative and have no inhibitions about approaching unfamiliar people.
  • We welcome applicants with a degree in social or economic sciences (with a focus on personnel) or anyone with a sound commercial education and experience in human resources. But your recruiting expertise, your ability to tackle issued pro-actively and find solutions to them, and your openness for new things are the most important things to us.
  • Your strength lies in approaching candidates directly via professional networks such as LinkedIn or XING. You continue to extend your network and stay in touch with your candidates. You always possess a comprehensive overview of the candidate market. And therefore, when we have relevant questions, we turn to you as one of our experts.
  • You are prepared to travel, not only to recruitment events but also our regular team meetings.
  • You have strong communication skills and are assertive. You promote diva-e as an attractive employer. You impress the team and our candidates thanks to your empathic approach.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills as well as fluency in English. As we are primarily based in Germany, some knowledge of German is advantageous but not a necessity!
