As a working student, during an internship or while writing your dissertation, you will get exciting insights into a digital agency’s business. In doing so, you do a lot more than fiddling around with Excel charts and animating PowerPoint slides. You can actively get involved, learn a lot and absorb important expertise. From day one, you are a full member of the team and you are involved in projects. And coffee? You can get a cup with just a few pushes of buttons in our well-equipped kitchen.

The process
When you start with us, you will receive extensive onboarding to get to know diva-e and your colleagues well. What’s more, you will have access to a main contact throughout your entire time with us. The intensity of the onboarding phase and the assignments we entrust to you very much depend on your experience and knowledge.
You can fiddle around with Excel, photocopy or make coffee somewhere else. With us, you will be involved in day-to-day business right from the start and can put your skills and ideas to the test in diverse and varied projects. Here, you will find a selection of projects that we have completed in the past for our clients large and small.
After just two weeks of working together, you will begin regular feedback talks with your team leader and HR colleagues. In this way, we can make sure you feel comfortable with us and everything is running to everyone’s satisfaction. What’s more, there will be another meeting after three months to discuss your development and prospects. After all, if it suits everyone, a career in an exciting industry could be on the cards.
The responsibility we give to you during our time together depends on your experience and capabilities and grows over time.

You work in a variety of projects and take on various assignments, where you can constantly learn something new ‘on the job’. We always try to support you in achieving the best possible work/life balance. For example, by taking your examination schedule into account when planning your working hours.
As a broad-based company (UX & UI Design, Strategy Consulting, SEO/SEA/PPC, Digital Analytics & Content Marketing, Software Development – to name just a few areas), you also have the opportunity to gather experience in many related areas in order to see where you want to develop after graduation.
The length of your internship also depends on you. At least six months would be ideal, but shorter periods could possible. Just get in contact! During the internship you work 40 hours/week. As a working student or when writing a graduate dissertation, the number of weekly hours depends on your availability. However, with the exception of the semester break, working students may not work more than 20 hours a week. During exam time in particular, we try to support you as best we can with a flexible work schedule.
