As a Transactional Experience Partner (TXP), we shape digitisation and drive it forward in an increasingly challenging, complex, dynamic digital world. No matter if you’re an apprentice, colleague or top management – we don’t stand on formality at diva-e. We’re all on first name terms (and address each other as ‘du’ in German) and you will be too in your job interview and, of course, in the office. German is our main business language but, naturally, with the international nature of our work, English is an important language too. If German is not your mother tongue, we do not want you to feel excluded.
