Individualised key account shops with SAP and Salesforce connection as well as a multilingual state-of-the-art customer shop
For CWS-boco International GmbH, diva-e has developed and implemented a completely new B2B online shop platform. A highlight are the customer-specific closed-user shops for major customers of CWS-boco. The integration into own backend systems, individual corporate design and stored purchasing conditions facilitate the procurement processes, especially for large companies with high order volumes.
Individual key account solutions and fast international roll-out
Since the existing, self-developed online shop solution no longer met the professional and technological requirements of CWS-boco, a leading provider of professional washroom hygiene solutions and textile services, the company commissioned diva-e to develop a new, sophisticated online shop platform based on Intershop 7. CWS-boco placed particular emphasis on a solution that would allow for the rapid implementation of both individual B2B shops for various major customers and shops for individual countries and in several languages.
Agile implementation and continuous development
In addition to strategic consulting, diva-e conducted several workshops in which all functional requirements were developed together with CWS-boco. In an agile process, diva-e programmed custom-fit interfaces to SAP and Salesforce, carried out individual adjustments for the closed user shops and was responsible for the data migration from the old to the new system. In October 2015, the first closed-user shops for well-known major customers went online, as did the commercial shops for several national subsidiaries.
