Spryker and diva-e implement shop system for EMV
The Europa Möbel-Verbund (EMV) is a future-oriented driving force in the furniture trade. With over 1,365 sales outlets in Germany, EMV forms a close-knit network of partners who generate an annual external turnover of around 3,800 million euros. For 60 years, the Möbelverband has ensured successful and healthy growth with dynamic innovation and creativity. In order to also promote the e-commerce business in the future, EMV relies on diva-e as an integrated digital partner responsible for branding, strategy, development and marketing.
Branding: diva-e creates new umbrella brand
Europa Möbel formulated the goal of increasing sales and expanding its role as a leading furniture supplier. In the long term, the aim is to create a uniform dealer platform for the furnishing retail brands and the associated decorative articles, which will turn the Europa Möbel group into an umbrella brand. To achieve this, the Group relies on the integrated range of services offered by the Transactional Experience Partner. The digital experts of diva-e initially focused on the branding and design of the shop. The diva-e experts created the completely new brand Homepoet including Corporate Identity (CI) and Corporate Design (CD), which will function as an umbrella brand in the future.
Spryker Shop System and akeneo PIM
The suitable system was supplied by diva-e technology partner Spryker. Also the conception and implementation of the akeneo PIM was part of the requirements of Europa Möbel. The connection of an order exchange and a concept for performance and content marketing complete the new orientation of the e-commerce business. A central marketing with the perfect combination of online and offline also ensures the optimal customer experience and local traffic. With the support of Spryker it is also possible to achieve branch integration via multi-channel.
