diva-e, together withWOW AND HOWand ifm, created a completely new sales channel for the company in the newly developed international B2B platform. ifm presents customers with a modern, contemporary look and offers a completely new shopping experience based on the motto: Find quickly – inform simply – purchase without complications. Thanks to the new sales platform, ifm has opened another sales channel and has taken a big step forward in the area of e-commerce. In addition to the many opportunities it offers to find products, the sales platform relays additional information about ifm: Latest technologies, company news, download portals, revision of all technical product data and much more.
The old website and e-shop have been replaced by a web standards-based, scalable and open system with an appealing, modern design, designed by WOW AND HOW. The clear menu structure and new colour and image themes should ensure the customer has a pleasant shopping experience. In addition, thanks to responsive design, the website, including the shop function, can be accessed on all devices (desktop, tablet, smartphone).
The platform is characterised by skilful interlocking of content and commerce. The customer is advised with regards to possible uses of the products, and thus guided through product consultation by way of intricately designed content.
Parallel to the project, a second diva-e team supported ifm in creating conditions for the rollout of the sales platform worldwide, making use of already established e-shops in other countries.
The motto, “Bring sales to the Internet,” means that ifm would like to help customers find appropriate products faster.
