A "Great Place to Work" - that is diva-e several times. The company won five awards in the competition and thus belongs to the top league of the best employers in Germany. The Transactional Experience Partner made it onto the best list of the state competitions with its locations in Berlin, Stuttgart and Munich, won the nationwide award and the industry prize as a particularly attractive ICT employer. The criteria for the award were outstanding results in an anonymous employee survey and a culture audit by the Great Place to Work® Institute, an independent, renowned research and consulting network in the field of workplace quality and corporate culture. Among other things, professional development opportunities, salary, trust in managers, appreciation, identification with the company, health promotion, work-life balance and personnel management were evaluated. diva-e was able to convince in all points, so that 90 percent of the interviewed employees agreed with the following statement: "All in all I can say that this is a very good workplace".
