diva-e is an official Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) of Microsoft

The leading digital partner diva-e has always successfully used Microsoft technologies in customer projects. With the flexible cloud computing platform Microsoft Azure, diva-e has been leading companies on the path to digital success since 2018. After diva-e recently secured Microsoft Gold status as one of the first German Microsoft agency partners, the TXP has also recently become an official Cloud Solution Provider. The expert knowledge gained from numerous customer projects convinced Microsoft to take this step with diva-e.

As a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, diva-e is now the central contact for Azure Subscription. The CSP status also enables diva-e to broker cloud services directly to the customer and manage complex projects entirely from a single source. In particular, for platform projects hosted in Microsoft Azure, diva-e now takes on even more responsibility. diva-e provides first and second level support for all cloud topics and is also responsible for billing.

As an official Microsoft Support Partner, diva-e has signed an Advanced Support contract with Microsoft and thus has direct access to Microsoft support for the first time. diva-e's experts ensure that all system parts work together efficiently and are highly available and robust. For business-critical digital projects, diva-e offers individual application management services with resilient SLAs. This allows customers to concentrate on further developing their business relationships.

For future customers whose projects are hosted in the Microsoft Azure Cloud, diva-e also takes over the operation of applications such as the storage systems from SAP, Spryker or the CMS systems from Bloomreach, Storyblok or FirstSpirit.
