diva-e Digital Value Excellence GmbH strengthens its position as Germany's leading Transactional Experience Partner (TXP) with the acquisition of Adobe expert pro!vision. With the company takeover, diva-e and pro!vision ensure a mutual transfer of competence and act as top service provider for the Adobe Experience Cloud.

As the leading digital solution provider in Germany, diva-e focuses on the continuous development of its own competencies. With the acquisition of pro!vision and its developer teams in Berlin and Frankfurt, diva-e is strengthening its own locations in these cities with bundled Adobe expertise. Through the acquisition of pro!vision diva-e completes the Adobe know-how. With over 60 developers, pro!vision is one of the Adobe experts in Germany and focuses in particular on web content management with the Adobe Experience Manager.

In addition, Adobe customers have the option of hosting in Full Application Service.
