diva-e will now also consistently implement the end-to-end approach in consulting, which is gaining in importance in the digital industry. All consulting services required in the project process will be combined in the newly established business unit "Digital Consulting. While diva-e has so far supported companies in setting up the entire value chain in the area of e-commerce and digital experience, the focus is now increasingly shifting to holistic digital strategies with all services from planning to implementation. "A holistic approach also includes all-encompassing consulting. That's why we now offer integrated business model, process and technology consulting, strengthening our portfolio in the consulting area as well," says CCO Sirko Schneppe. By the end of next year, the unit is expected to double in size to around 50 employees and focus specifically on the new challenges on the customer side.

Frank Müller, the new head of the unit, graduated with a degree in industrial engineering from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology and completed an MBA program at the renowned management school WHU (Wissenschaftliche Hochschule für Unternehmensführung) together with the Kellogg School of Management.
