For us, family friendliness begins with the application process. On the one hand, applicants can bring their child to the job interview with us. This has two advantages: We can speed up the whole process, because spontaneous appointments are also possible. Applicants don't have to wait weeks for an appointment and get a final feedback on their application. In addition, this offer makes the application process easier for our candidates. Because they do not have to worry about additional childcare during the interview. While we get to know the candidate, a play box is available for the little ones so that they don't get bored either.
On the other hand, applicants can now bring their teens to the job interview and the youngsters can directly secure their student internship at diva-e. While we can talk to the applicant in peace and quiet, his or her child is given a guided tour of our offices and can thus get to know the company and its employees at first hand. If the child is interested, he or she can complete the internship directly in one of our many departments. The offer is valid regardless of whether an employment relationship between the applicant and diva-e is established at the end.
