Our most recent success: the "Tob Job" certificate from the hands of former Vice Chancellor Sigmar Gabriel, which was awarded in Berlin on February 28, 2020. The "Top Job" patron honoured diva-e in particular for its strategic focus on securing a sustainable supply of skilled workers and the continuous and systematic development of its qualities as an employer.

The "Top Job" seal of quality is awarded to companies that make a remarkable contribution to a healthy workplace culture. This can be seen in the quality of management work and the associated high level of job satisfaction and low levels of fatigue within the workforce. In the nationwide employer comparison "Top Job", which has been carried out since 2002, diva-e was particularly convincing in the areas of family friendliness and work-life balance and thus secured the awards "TOP Employer 2020" and "TOP Employer IT".
Focus on employees
diva-e relies on a variety of measures to reconcile work and family life, including flexible working time models, home office, day care subsidies or family days.
