dmTECH, the IT subsidiary of dm-drogerie markt based in Karlsruhe, realizes the digital dm experience of customers and colleagues - in Germany and internationally. Together with diva-e, one of Germany's largest digital service providers, and other partners, a number of new projects are to be realized this year in the area of digital marketing & e-commerce. "In addition to online marketing as well as app and web development, diva-e, together with dmTECH as well as other digital agencies, will also be responsible for ongoing search engine optimization and the operation of the central customer platform in 2023," says diva-e CCO Sirko Schneppe.
A special feature in the usually very fast-moving and dynamic digital industry: dmTECH and diva-e have already been working closely together in the area of digitalization for more than ten years. Indeed, the demand for Digital Experience Services (DXS), holistic digital concepts, is growing strongly in the digital industry. dmTECH and diva-e are already following this path and have implemented numerous exciting digitization initiatives together over the past ten years, says Björn Stieler, Managing Director at diva-e. For example, together with other dmTECH partners, the group stores and country-specific websites were implemented in 13 countries, the "glückskind" family program was set up, and the "Mein dm" mobile app was designed.
Various customer surveys show that the company is successful with this, in which dm drogerie-markt regularly comes out on top, also because of its customer-oriented solutions. dm-drogerie markt was voted "Most Customer-Friendly Drug Store 2022" in the consumer survey "Kundenmonitor Deutschland" and the Mein dm app is also among the most popular applications in the well-known app stores in the "Shopping" category.
