Whether it’s about interactive interfaces, mobile communication or web development, based on a thorough analysis we develop a concept in interdisciplinary teams, where optimal usability, clean information architecture and user-centred design are top priorities.
To meet the needs of users, we first analyse people’s behaviours, emotions, and beliefs about a particular product, system, or service, in order to gain empathy for the user. From the beginning, we take into consideration important requests regarding the sitemap, a responsive design or special functionalities of a website. Our task in user experience (UX) design begins with a detailed understanding of how users handle a platform. The research phase allows us to gain early insights about our product. This includes product analyses, competitor analyses as well as qualitative or quantitative user surveys. Through this we develop an understanding of the company and examine the needs of the user, which we pin down in so-called personas (representations of typical users and target groups).
That’s how we gain empathy for your users and can then advise you precisely regarding the special requirements of your platform. User requirements and needs come alive through creative and innovative solutions.
In order to provide your users with real added value, we combine content, targeted visual implementation and interaction into a coherent concept. In the next step, based on an understanding of what users and also the company expect from the website or application, we flesh out content, user flows, and user journeys. We then create a concept of how the user should move through the site/application and when which content should be seen.
Our team works out the needs of users, user journeys and content together with clients, programmers and designers through creative workshops. This gives all project participants a good overview of the product and the different requirements. Specialised, technical or graphic elements are already taken into account and subsequently integrated into the concept. In addition, we create various kinds of prototypes, for example paper prototypes, digital wireframes or also interactive click dummies.
By constantly monitoring and analysing user behaviour, we continuously optimise our work in order to provide an unparalleled digital experience for you and your customers.
