Relaunch Postbank theme worlds

We developed a digital and personal platform for Postbank that covered all financial topics relevant to the target groups in one portal. Thanks to the magazine character, we were able to successfully communicate complex topics in a simple, understandable way so both customers and potential users of Postbank’s theme worlds could be addressed.

Most of all, I think Postbank benefitted enormously during this project because all the work came from one source.

Based on our content strategy, we had to provide a wide list of headings on topics such as investment, online banking, real estate acquisition, provision, etc. to customers and potential customers.

The Postbank theme worlds reflect an important part of diva-e’s service spectrum

User activation and confidence grows thanks to a variety of aligned and topic-specific formats including advice articles, top lists, financial tips from employees, videos, financial calculators, field reports and much more.

Operation

Users become customers by way of SE-optimised content, allocation of traffic-relevant ranking positions, a simple and fast 2-clicks-to-content navigation as well as a clearly laid out design. The theme worlds were programmed with React and integrated into an innovative web page with a magazine character. The focus lay on responsiveness and on covering all topics relevant to target groups in one portal.
