Once again in the industry's top 20: diva-e Conclusion, one of Germany's largest digital service providers, is once again among the market leaders in the field of digital experience services (DXS) in Germany, according to the latest Lünendonk® list for 2025. Alongside industry giants such as Deloitte, Capgemini, and Accenture, diva-e Conclusion, as part of the internationally active Conclusion Ecosystem, is once again represented in the top group of the largest and most important digital service providers.
The top ranking confirms the successful path of clearly focusing on end-to-end digital experience services. diva-e Conclusion proves that it takes current trends into account and applies them to respond precisely to changing customer requirements. “Our renewed inclusion in the Lünendonk ranking as the market leader in the DXS sector is a clear signal that the strategic direction of diva-e Conclusion, which we have consolidated this year, is the right one,” emphasizes CCO Sirko Schneppe. “By focusing on current practical requirements and developing customer-oriented solutions and technologies, especially in the DXS segment, we are actively shaping the digital transformation,” he says.
This year, the Lünendonk study focuses in particular on how AI and marketing technology (martech) are advancing the customer journey and thus DXS. The findings of the study also reflect the strategic priorities of diva-e Conclusion: Market demand shows that the total experience (TX) approach, which takes a holistic view of customer experiences across all touchpoints, is of central importance. In order to inspire customers throughout the entire customer journey, the complete integration of disciplines such as strategy, platform technology, and performance marketing is necessary. More than half of the user companies surveyed stated that they see a great need for action in the orchestration of individual experience touchpoints to create a holistic customer journey, as well as in the development and implementation of cross-media content strategies.
However, according to the Lünendonk study, the biggest challenge, as stated by 65 percent of the companies surveyed, is the development and integration of AI solutions into DX processes. diva-e Conclusion meets these requirements by increasingly using AI in its development processes and providing customers with innovative, tried-and-tested AI solutions. This includes the Composable AI Suite, which contains ready-to-use AI modules for areas such as language, image processing, personalization, and automation. These modules are GDPR-compliant, scalable, and can be integrated into existing customer systems. Thanks to their modularity, the latest AI models and applications can always be integrated and adapted with minimal effort.
An analysis of future market developments also shows that diva-e Conclusion's strategic orientation is in line with upcoming trends. This is also true for a groundbreaking marketing trend: the shift from SEO to GEO (generative engine optimization). With the integration of generative AI into search results, search engines are transforming into answer and context engines. However, this requires content to be designed for both AI agents and humans, and companies to adapt their content and campaign strategies to this new reality of AI-driven visibility. diva-e Conclusion is also well positioned in terms of the three most important DX technology trends for 2027 identified by Lünendonk for companies in both the B2C and B2B sectors: customer data platforms (CDPs), product information management systems (PIM), and composable architecture. diva-e Conclusion has extensive expertise in these technologies and their implementation, which will continue to be of great importance beyond the coming year.
“Every year, Lünendonk shows us that we have our finger on the pulse and consistently respond to the needs of our customers,” says Schneppe. diva-e Conclusion combines stability, strategic depth, and forward-looking technologies, creating the ideal basis for successfully supporting companies in their digital transformation.
