Was du bei uns machst
- Based on your knowledge you will create concepts, visions, strategies for websites, digital applications and e-commerce solutions in the B2B and B2C sectors.
- You will support diva-e while participating in the preparation and execution of strategic client pitches.
- You will be responsible for creating design systems
- Implementation of UX/UI solutions: Creation of information architecture, use cases, wireframes, layouts and prototypes
- Regular analysis and optimization of digital products and processes
- Participating in workshops as well as creating technical presentations
Wann du zu uns passt
- You are an empathetic team player.
- Having successfully completed your studies in design, graphic design, communication design, digital design or similar.
- Several years of experience in product design UX/UI (digital for web & app with focus on e-commerce)
- Deep knowledge in user centered design, user experience design, interface and interaction Design.
- Knowledge of methods like design thinking, design sprints, user research and user testings
- Excellent style, a high affinity to digital topics and a high demand for innovation and perfection
- Confidence in handling common design tools: Figma, Sketch, Axure, Adobe CC or comparable tools as well as knowledge of prototyping and agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence
- Strong communication and presentation skills in a team and towards our clients
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English. However mainly we are based in Germany so if you know some German, that would be a huge plus!
