Here, the most modern store design meets a unique ordering experience. NEW B2B PLATFORM FOR SCHOTT

The goal of the joint project between SCHOTT and diva-e was a new B2B online store. The focus of the new e-commerce platform was on a convincing user experience so that business customers could order their products quickly and easily. At the same time, security and scalability played a major role.

Implementation

In order to connect the new store optimally to the existing customer system, the data hub of SAP was used. A further highlight is the LDAP integration. Modern store design and unique ordering experience meet in the new B2B online store.

Result

Based on SAP Commerce Cloud, diva-e realised a new B2B online shop. Modern store design and a unique ordering experience come together here. Customers can now order their up to 10, long glass tubes, split up large orders themselves and virtually determine truck loads. The new store had to go hand in hand with the complicated B2B logics and be connected to existing SCHOTT systems.
