The Stevie Awards are an established business award for German-speaking companies in Europe. Special achievements and commitment are honored in over 200 different categories such as human resources, climate protection and thought leadership.
At this year's Stevie Awards, diva-e achieved gold status twice:
In the "Team of the Year" category in Human Resources, we won over the judges with our first Women's Leadership Conference and secured the top spot.
The Women's Leadership Conference celebrated its premiere in 2023 and was a resounding success: our female managers had the opportunity to learn from top-class speakers and engage with them on the topic of female empowerment in order to grow together.
We were also able to impress in the area of sustainability: our initiative for climate protection and sustainability, the diva-e Green Team's "Waste Prevention Week", was awarded gold in the "Climate Adaptation Initiative" category. Every year, our Green Team organizes a company-wide action week with a changing focus to raise awareness of environmental issues. In 2023, the focus was on "food and packaging" - an important step towards more sustainable corporate management. We are very proud that our commitment to a climate-friendly future is bearing fruit.
