Digital service provider diva-e, an alliance of twelve well-known agencies in the digital industry, is continuing its growth course in 2022: Current balance sheet figures show that annual sales in 2022 are expected to increase by more than 20 percent from 80 million euros in 2021. In the first quarter alone, sales recorded an increase of almost 25 percent on the previous year. The number of employees is 900 and has thus more than doubled in the past five years.
CEO Tilman Au: "The fact that diva-e can consistently hold its own among the best in Germany's digital landscape and record such stable growth is a lasting confirmation of our performance and shows that we are on the right track with our holistic end-to-end approach - we shape digitization from start to finish, from planning to implementation."
The company also maintained its stable position in the top 10 in the annual Internet agency ranking of the German Digital Industry Association (BVDW), which has now been published: The digital service provider was particularly successful in the "e-commerce and services" subranking as the runner-up, putting it in 8th place in the overall ranking of the best digital agencies in Germany.
The company diva-e was formed in 2016 from what was then six, and is now twelve, well-known digital agencies. With their merger, the agencies pooled their expertise and years of experience and have since stood together as diva-e for a holistic digital value chain. diva-e now has 14 locations in Germany and Bulgaria and recently expanded into the USA (Cincinnati). Au believes that this immense growth, also on the international market, is primarily due to the need for all companies and organizations to be "digitally at the forefront" and to support digitization in management and business.
Unique in Germany is the interdisciplinary collaboration within the digital service provider, with which diva-e positions itself on the market as a transactional experience partner and holistically accompanies and implements digital projects. CCO Sirko Schneppe: "The management effort with ten or twelve individual service providers would be incredibly high. It makes life easier for everyone if there is a single point of contact who coordinates the entire project - from planning to implementation to ongoing operations."
Time-saving processes, holistic projects, the best possible networking and fast reactions to current developments are the be-all and end-all in the digital world, he says. The fact that diva-e has hit the nerve of the times with this concept is proven both by the sales figures and the stable placement in the current ranking of German digital agencies.
