diva-e achieved gold status twice at this year's Stevie Awards:
In the "Team of the Year" category in Human Resources, we impressed the judges with our first Women's Leadership Conference and secured the top spot.
The Women's Leadership Conference celebrated its premiere in 2023 and was a complete success: our female managers had the opportunity to learn from top-class speakers and engage in dialogue with them on the topic of female empowerment in order to grow together.
We were also able to impress in the area of sustainability: our initiative for climate protection and sustainability, the "Waste Prevention Week" organised by the diva-e Green Team, was awarded gold in the "Climate Adaptation Initiative" category. Every year, our Green Team organises a company-wide action week with a changing focus to raise awareness of environmental issues. In 2023, the focus was on "food and packaging" - an important step towards more sustainable corporate management. We are very proud that our commitment to a climate-friendly future is bearing fruit.
We are particularly pleased that our projects are not only appreciated by our employees, but have now also been officially recognised at the Stevie Awards. We say THANK YOU!
