Collect, enrich, distribute: 3 steps to success

With Akeneo and diva-e, you can set up a successful PIM system in three steps. In the first step, you collect all company relevant data from existing internal and external sources via API or file import and define which data you want to integrate into your product catalogue. Therefore, you prioritise the different data sources.

The next step focuses on controlling and optimising the product data. For this purpose, add marketing or technical data to your product descriptions. After that, classify and assign the data to different catalogues. Step two also includes translation into different languages as well as workflow and review cycles. This also includes checking the data quality for completeness and relevance.

The final step focuses on managing all sales channels. To do this, you need to compile data catalogues and assign them to the respective channels. You decide where your data will be played out. With the Web-2-Print software from Akeneo you can also produce printed catalogues effortlessly.
