How we work with AI. Every project, every team, every day.
Every experience we've ever built - every platform, every commerce flow, every campaign - is about to be rebuilt with AI at its core. Someone will do this work for our clients. We choose to lead this shift.
We don't get to watch this one surpassing us. An agency that bills the old way, works the old way, and delivers the old way will be outpaced by teams half its size moving twice as fast. That's not a threat scenario. It's already the market.
But we start from strength. Our purpose doesn't change - we create digital opportunity, for today and tomorrow. AI is how this promise scales: from digital experiences to agentic experiences, from talent and teamwork to talent, teamwork, and machine leverage.AI and this AI Manifest are part of our Mission Experience: the journey of becoming Conclusion Experience while staying true to what makes us diva-e Conclusion.
Empowering the evolution of experience. It starts with our own behavior.
This requires something from both sides.
diva-e Conclusion's job: give every one of us the tools, the training, the approved platforms, and honest answers about how roles will change.
Your job: use AI. Daily, deliberately, responsibly - and with the accountability our clients pay us for.
Here's how.
AI tools are as core to our work as our IDE, our inbox, and our calendar. We have a large list of AI tools to choose from and are also open to new tools if they make sense and meet with our security standards. AI usage is not an option – learning to use it well, is our shared responsibility.
Once a month, look at your own tasks and ask: what could a machine be doing? Kill it, automate it, or hand it to an agent. Then spend the recovered time on work that's worth a human.
Efficiency is table stakes. The real prize is what we couldn't build before: new services, new experiences, new revenue - for us and for our clients.
AI drafts, you decide. Nothing goes to a client with "the AI wrote this, so take it with a grain of salt." Your name is on it, your judgment shaped it, you stand behind it. You are responsible for your work – you own it. Human stays in the loop.
Numbers, quotes, legal claims, code, anything client-critical: check it. An AI mistake that reaches a client is not an AI mistake - it's our mistake. We continue to be responsible for the results of our work.
Confidential, personal, or client-sensitive data goes only into tools explicitly approved for it. No exceptions, no "just this once". Our business runs on trust; one leak costs more than a thousand hours saved.
When AI meaningfully shaped a deliverable, a decision, or an estimate - say so, internally and with clients. Transparency is a competitive edge, not a confession. AI makes it easy to produce more content in less time - but not necessarily more value. Whatever the output, make it clear, relevant and easy to understand. Share only what matters and create impact instead of noise
A prompt that works, a workflow that saves a day, an experiment that blew up - share it. Hoarded knowledge helps one person; shared knowledge scales the whole company. Admitting what didn't work counts double.
More headcount, more hours, more tools, more vendors - none of these is the default answer anymore. Before you ask for resources, show what AI couldn't do.
Agents are the next chapter of our craft. We build them with guardrails, tested edge cases, fallbacks, and a human in the loop - for ourselves and for every client. Bold experiments are expected. Sloppy deployment is not.
AI changes how work gets done, not how we treat each other. As roles shift, we back people with reskilling, role changes, and honest conversations. The people who grow their impact with AI get recognized for it - regardless of title or tenure. We watch AI outputs for bias and blind spots the same way: because raising the bar includes fairness.
We're not adopting AI just to keep up. We're doing it to stay who we are at a higher level: curious, accountable, covering each other's backs.
Talent, teamwork, and technology - now with more technology than ever, and just as much talent and teamwork.
