For the action camera manufacturer GoPro, we developed an app for the point of sale (POS app), which end consumers can use to find out about the current product range and get advice on it.

Challenge & Solution

For this project, we had to place particular emphasis on a clear and concise design so that potential customers could put together their individual product bundle as easily as possible. Our team, from conception to graphics and programming to video artists, developed a virtual sales advisor for anyone interested in GoPro.

Our main focus was on the development of a POS app that corresponds to the look and feel of GoPro and in this respect offers customers an added value to find their corresponding GoPro + the matching accessories quickly and easily. With our team, which mainly consisted of an art director, a frontend developer and a PM, we created a graphic concept, programmed the app and ensured the communication & coordination between GoPro, the manufacturer of the tablets and us within a very short time. All this was done on short coordination paths and within a very short time in a perfectly coordinated team.

Result

Award winning design

The app design conceived and implemented by the diva-e designers was awarded two coveted design prizes. With the GoPro app, the diva-e designers secured both the German Brand Award and the Red Dot Award.
