The goal of the joint project between diva-e and Kaufland is to develop a delivery service app that offers customers the purchase and delivery of fresh food (eFood).
In order to develop an app for Kaufland, a customer-centric, agile project based on the Scrum framework was created. diva-e succeeded in keeping the user in the focus of the product development by means of a market research study, ongoing user surveys, observations and moderated target group blogs. With the help of ideation workshops with all relevant people, the experts conceived and developed the visual design and user experience for the two platforms iOS and Android.
Taking into account various studies, surveys and observations, diva-e developed a shopping/delivery service app for Kaufland with a team including employees from different agencies (Kaufland, Informationssysteme, Namics and Modeso).
