Relaunch of Postbank "themenwelten"

For Postbank, we developed a digital and personal platform that covered all financial topics relevant to the target groups in one portal. Through the magazine character, we succeeded in communicating even complex topics in an understandable and simple way. In this way, both customers and all potential users of the Postbank "themed worlds" should be addressed. On the basis of our content strategy, we had to create a wide range of sections to communicate topics such as investment, online banking, real estate acquisition, retirement planning, etc. to customers and potential customers.

Resolution

With a topic-specific adapted format variety including advice texts, top lists, financial tips from employees, videos, financial calculators, experience reports and much more, trust is created by convincing with expert knowledge and activating the user.

Implementation

Through SE-optimized content, occupation of traffic-relevant ranking positions, a simple and fast 2-click-to-content navigation and a clear design, users become customers. The "themed worlds" were programmed with React and integrated on an innovative website with magazine character. The focus was on responsiveness and the coverage of all target group-relevant topics in one portal.

I think that Postbank benefited enormously from the fact that everything came from a single source, especially in this project.
