Our office in the IT metropolis is conveniently located at Citypark, just a few minutes from the motorway and close to the tram.
Our colleagues in Karlsruhe work on projects for local clients, such as dm, EnbW and 1&1, but also on Germany-wide projects, including for example for FC Bayern and Hekatron.
The office space in Karlsruhe is equipped with all that is important. In addition to bright offices, a family office space, a fitness room and a table-football room, there are also two kitchens and a cafeteria in the building, which are perfect for communal lunches and the occasional after-work beer. Team work is a top priority here, which is why we organise regular team events. Even outside of work, colleagues have formed activity groups around common interest areas, such as running and football groups.
Our day-to-day work is characterised by flat hierarchies, an informal style of address, and a high level of transparency. An open-feedback culture is crucial. This is actively practiced within the company and promoted through workshops, as is the personal development of each individual.
