diva-e Conclusion Migrates AUMOVIO's Digital Platform

Munich, July 2026. diva-e Conclusion supported AUMOVIO throughout its brand transition and technically rebuilt the company's digital presence.

A rebranding of this scale is rare. When Continental Automotive Technologies GmbH officially repositioned itself as AUMOVIO earlier this year, it marked the beginning of a transformation that affected the company's technical infrastructure, brand identity, and internal communications alike. With around 82,000 employees, established systems, and a globally visible brand transition, launching the new digital platform was a highly complex undertaking.

"Projects like this demonstrate how challenging digital transformation can be under real-world conditions. Requirements evolve, timelines become shorter, yet the final solution must remain reliable. The key to this project's success was close collaboration and a shared understanding of priorities." — Sirko Schneppe, Chief Commercial Officer at diva-e Conclusion.

At the start of the project, the focus was on delivering a secure transition website that would provide employees worldwide with guidance and key information about the company's transformation. Since not all employees had access to single sign-on, a Basic Authentication solution was implemented. In addition, diva-e Conclusion developed a dynamic "Transformation Toggle" component that automatically switched key design elements—including the logo, colors, and typography—to the new brand identity at a predefined point in time.

At the same time, development of the new corporate website began. This required extensive adaptations to the site's structure, components, and responsive behavior. Short-notice additions, including a press portal and a multi-step form with country-specific input fields, were also successfully integrated.

One of the project's greatest technical challenges was the planned tenant migration within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). Just three weeks before the scheduled go-live, diva-e Conclusion assumed full responsibility for the complete technical migration, including instances, user management, repository structures, and content. The migration was completed on schedule without any interruption to ongoing operations.

The new corporate website, www.aumovio.com, successfully went live on September 1, 2025. The project establishes the foundation for future expansion of AUMOVIO's digital infrastructure.
