Berlin, October 2026 – A leadership transition is underway at diva-e Conclusion: Sirko Schneppe has been appointed CEO of the company, succeeding Tilman Au, who has played a pivotal role in shaping the organization over many years. His appointment is part of a new leadership structure across the DACH region.
Desiree Brussel-Fraser succeeds Tilman Au as Managing Director of Conclusion DACH and assumes overall responsibility for the DACH region. The transition will take place gradually over the coming weeks to ensure continuity for employees, clients, and partners. Following the handover period, Tilman Au will continue to support Conclusion DACH as a strategic advisor in the months ahead.
Conclusion DACH comprises the regional ecosystem that brings together diva-e Conclusion and Conclusion Intelligence. While diva-e Conclusion contributes its expertise in digital experience technologies, Conclusion Intelligence strengthens the joint offering with extensive capabilities in Data & AI.
Sirko Schneppe is a member of the founding team of diva-e Conclusion and has been instrumental in shaping the company’s development from the very beginning. Most recently, as Chief Commercial Officer, he was responsible for Sales, Marketing, and Strategic Development, while also taking on significant operational leadership responsibilities across the organization. With his extensive experience, deep understanding of the business, and strong relationships with clients and partners, he now assumes overall responsibility for diva-e Conclusion.

With the appointment of Sirko Schneppe as Chief Executive Officer, diva-e Conclusion is reinforcing continuity within its leadership team. Together with Chief Technology Officer Torsten Green, who is also a member of the founding team, he will drive the company’s continued development. Green will remain responsible for the technological direction and portfolio of diva-e Conclusion.
Together with his management team, Sirko Schneppe will lead the next phase of diva-e Conclusion’s growth, building on the strengths of the international Conclusion ecosystem. The focus will be on capturing opportunities in a market increasingly shaped by artificial intelligence, data, and digital customer experiences.
This leadership transition marks the beginning of a new chapter for Conclusion DACH. Since its formation, the primary focus has been on building the DACH ecosystem, connecting the companies within it, and integrating the organization. The next phase is about leveraging these strengths more closely, presenting a stronger joint market presence, and creating new opportunities for clients.
To achieve this, diva-e Conclusion and its sister company, Conclusion Intelligence, will collaborate even more closely to deliver end-to-end, data-driven AI solutions. At the same time, the service portfolio will be strategically expanded over the coming months through stronger collaboration across the broader European Conclusion ecosystem, particularly in the areas of SAP and industry-specific solutions.
