Digital services provider diva-e Conclusion is establishing a new central leadership role to meet the growing demand for Applied AI. With Jasmin Guthmann, the company appoints its first Head of AI, taking overall responsibility for the strategic development and consolidation of AI expertise across the organization. As part of the Conclusion DACH group, diva-e Conclusion has been advancing the use of artificial intelligence both internally and externally for several years, from initial pilot applications and in-house AI initiatives to production-ready solutions in customer projects.
“AI is becoming an integral part of our customers’ future value creation and is already a daily tool for us. Among other things, we launched one of the first scalable B2B AI applications and have systematically embedded AI into our own organization,” says Sirko Schneppe, CEO of diva-e Conclusion. “Together with Jasmin Guthmann, we are now creating the organizational framework to make this expertise available to all our customers, drive innovation, and further develop our company’s strategic position in this field. Initial customer projects with ifm electronic, SMA Solar, and tool manufacturer Pferd demonstrate how scalable AI innovations can be successfully integrated into day-to-day B2B operations.”
Jasmin Guthmann will work closely with all departments at diva-e Conclusion, bringing together AI projects developed across the organization and making the resulting expertise and solutions available to customers and employees alike. One key focus will be the further development of the company’s proprietary Agentic Experience Foundation (AXF), which serves as the central framework for developing and scaling agentic solutions at diva-e Conclusion, Schneppe emphasizes. Guthmann will be responsible for the strategic development of this initiative and its integration into the company’s service portfolio and the AI agenda of the Conclusion Group. She will also contribute her expertise to initial customer discussions and strategic consulting, while shaping collaboration with technology partners.
Guthmann joins diva-e Conclusion from Accenture Song, where she most recently served as Vice President, Composable Consulting. Previously, she held roles including Global Head of Corporate Communications at Contentstack and worked at Valtech and BlackRock. She is also an author, speaker, and moderator and has been actively involved in the MACH Alliance for many years, serving as its volunteer Community Chair since 2025.
“Our goal is to create the digital opportunities of tomorrow. By combining professional expertise, teamwork, and technology, we are preparing ourselves and our customers for the era of Agentic Experience,” she says. A principle from the company’s internal AI manifesto, written by Guthmann, remains central to this approach: “Even when individual tasks are supported by AI, we remain personally responsible for every final outcome—and we stand by that responsibility.”
Accordingly, diva-e Conclusion is committed to clear guidelines for data protection, security, and governance. Bringing employees along on this journey, Guthmann explains, is about much more than simply selecting the right tools. It represents a cultural shift within the organization.
