Whether it's a local SME, multi-national, smoke detector manufacturer, retail giant or football club, our broad portfolio of clients provides you with diverse insights into different industries, companies and business models, and a true platform for innovative digital strategies and concepts.
You're there from the very start and you can leave your personal mark on the digital world. From the initial analysis of the current situation through developing digital strategies to implementation of those strategies, you determine the timetable for the project – we’re happy to supply the support, systems and freedom you need.
Strategy Consulting in detail
Your tasks
You are the face of our company to the outside world. You co-ordinate closely with our clients and develop individual and sustainable solutions. You always keep on top of current digital trends. You guide our clients right from the start: you analyse their customer-facing business, carry out research, apply digital maturity models and design the best strategy for digitisation. But your work does not end with a PowerPoint presentation: Afterwards, you provide the client with advice during implementation. Depending on the size of the project, you look after our clients on your own or as part of a team. Your involvement in projects will be determined by resources, capabilities and compatibility. Your specialism focus is entirely in line with your own interests: From developing digital business strategies and innovative digital business models, constructing digital marketing, sales and customer experience plans, to any number of analytical or technological areas – anything is possible.
Your team
As a Strategy Consultant, you work on contrasting customer projects. Our projects usually run for 6 months. Depending on the project, you work with diva-e colleagues from different departments, experience levels and locations, and also with our clients’ different project teams. Depending on the project, the teams range between 3 and 20 employees. For smaller projects, you may sometimes just work with our clients’ employees.
Your location
During projects, you either work remotely or at the client’s premises, sometimes for several days. Of course, we try to keep travel to a minimum and to accommodate your personal circumstances. But unfortunately, in our industry, this can’t always be the case. What’s more, it’s important to us that you can work when and where you are most productive. Therefore, we also offer attractive mobile working options.

Your tasks
From the very beginning, you are our face to the client during all phases of the project lifecycle and manage demanding digital projects. As a Project Manager or Consultant, you liaise between the client and in-house specialist colleagues and unite the needs of the client, project requirements and the work of the project team in the best possible way. You understand the client's requirements, coordinate with them and identify the best solution. Depending on your skills and the project, you support pitches, define technical prerequisites, put together the internal project team and develop tenders. As a Consultant, you're available as an adviser to your clients at all times and ensure close collaboration within your project team from the initial project idea to go-live, taking the project safely through all phases. It’s thanks to your conscientious project management and your sense of budget efficiency that the defined project goals are ultimately achieved and the client is happy.
Your team
In our diverse teams, in which you work with colleagues from, for example, Software Development, UX & UI Design and SEO, SEA/PPC, Digital Analytics and Content Marketing, you work on contrasting client projects. Depending on their size, our projects last between 3 months and several years. You usually work on a client project with diva-e colleagues with different roles, experience levels and locations. Depending on the project, team sizes range between 3 and 20 diva-e employees. We frequently also integrate clients’ employees into our project teams.
Your location

But unfortunately, in our industry, travel can’t always be avoided. The need to travel may be slightly higher at the start of the project, but then decline over time.
