We are proud of our diverse and motivated workforce, driven by a common goal: to create a better world. Everyone can contribute in our internal teams - and furthermore in social projects also during working hours (4h per employee:in per year). In addition, fundraising campaigns are held regularly and supported by diva-e and our employees.
The Social Team at diva-e ensures that social commitment is lived and strengthened beyond the scope of company affiliation. It is actively involved in a wide range of social projects. For example, it actively supports communities, independent foundations and associations at events or in the course of volunteer days. The spirit of togetherness within the company is strengthened by regular internal action days.
At diva-e, the Green Team sees itself as a source of inspiration for green ideas, even beyond everyday working life. Examples of this commitment include the separation of recyclable materials in the offices, the organization of participation in waste collection walks and also valuable tips on how every employee can sensibly conserve resources in everyday life.
The Culture Team consists of employees from various locations and departments who are concerned with ethics and culture at diva-e. The goal is to inform all employees about the understanding of our "Cultural Principles" and our responsibility as a company, and to actively collect input and feedback. The team also organizes regular activities to promote good coexistence.

The Beyond Tech team is about how we at diva-e can contribute to a sustainable and humane digital future through our daily work. We want to establish ourselves as a pioneer for Human Technology (HT). Among other things, the team explores how technology can not only support us humans, but also protect, respect and strengthen the social fabric.
