NewWork Gold for diva-e

diva-e, one of Germany's leading digital service providers, wins this year's NewWork Business Award in Gold in the "Work & Life/Quality of Life" category for its innovative and individual HR work. The Munich-based company with more than 900 employees and ten locations impressed the jury with its particularly flexible New Work offerings such as customizable working models and various workation offerings.

"We pay a great deal of attention to the satisfaction of our employees," says CEO Tilman Au. "Above all, this includes making our HR management as individual as possible." In order to position itself as a future-oriented employer in the very dynamic market of digital companies and to attract excellent specialists, it is essential to act as a pioneer in HR policy.

diva-e had applied with its numerous New Work offers, in particular the offer for employees to work for 90 days per calendar year from countries in the European Economic Area or from their own home country outside the EEA. In addition to these private "workations", employees have access to so-called team workations, which individual diva-e teams can take advantage of together - with all costs incurred being covered by the employer. According to the application, this strengthens team spirit and cohesion among colleagues.

"Successful HR management has to move with the times," emphasizes Julia Münster, Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at diva-e. The world of work has changed radically in recent years. Mobile working, for example, is now standard. "It was important for us to go one step further with our particularly flexible New Work approach and thus meet the needs of our employees," she says. "At the same time, however, we must not lose sight of togetherness, which we particularly strengthen with offers such as Workation."

Receiving the NewWork Business Award in Gold confirms the uniqueness of the various offerings. They allow employees the greatest possible flexibility as well as a better work-life balance and leave many individual options open. Au emphasizes: "Winning the award makes us proud and shows how much we have our finger on the pulse with our corporate management. With this award, we are among the best in our industry and want to continue to live up to this claim in the future." This year, diva-e has already received the prestigious Stevie Award in Gold for particularly forward-looking HR management, as well as being named an "Excellent Employer" and "Great Place to Work" several times in recent years.

The NewWork Business Award recognizes outstanding achievements, successes and innovations in HR management throughout the DACH region. The high-caliber jury, consisting of representatives from business, science and the media, evaluates the applications and awards prizes to products, projects and personalities that are innovative, forward-looking and sustainable. The award ceremony takes place in September.
