Senior Digital Marketing Manager 
​Full-time

As a client and digital marketing development driver on our team, you will actively shape the future of our marketing positioning in our US location. As an expert in close exchange with the team in Germany as well as our colleagues location, you will develop, implement and evaluate customized digital marketing and advertising strategies and measures for digital ad placement for our clients' business models. Embedded in the diva-e family, you will find support, trust and inspiration to develop yourself further. We will involve you in exciting projects from day one. About the job

  • You will advise and guide our US based and international clients in defining their goals and KPIs for the design and implementation of the digital marketing strategy for the US market.
  • You will develop strategies and implement campaigns on paid, owned and earned channels such as Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, affiliate marketing, retargeting and other channels as needed based on our clients’ business requirements. These campaigns may be developed by you independently or with the diva-e team in Germany depending on the need.
  • You will optimize marketing campaigns for performance across channels such as search keywords and bid strategies, social media audiences and creative and affiliate relationships.
  • You will monitor organic search ranking and traffic across assigned clients and make SEO recommendations as needed.
  • You will develop content as needed such as blogs, social content and others as assigned.
  • You will craft email marketing campaigns and build automation for efficient and effective email programs. Implement proper segmentation for optimal results and deliverability. Develop and execute lead acquisition strategies.
  • You will monitor analytics and produce insightful monthly, quarterly, annual and ad hoc reports as needed. You will also be responsible for presenting these reports to clients while also fielding questions about the results. These reports should include data, but are mostly insights and strategic recommendations.
  • You will lead client engagement for the accounts you are assigned to and should leverage good project management skills.
  • As consultative seller and strategic leader of our pitches and (new) client projects in the U.S. market, you take active responsibility for shaping and driving our own growth from new assignments
  • You support our international customers in their positioning in the USA and report your efforts and evolution directly to the Head of Paid Advertising.
  • Your identification with the business models of your customers motivates you to steer their accounts to maximum performance. You master the tools necessary for this and address the additional programming required in a target-oriented manner.
  • You gain the trust of your customers and colleagues through your technical expertise. You confidently develop innovative ideas, approaches and concepts to break new ground in performance marketing. You question the tried and tested and have the courage to communicate and test your thoughts openly and proactively. We offer you the necessary freedom to do this!

Requirements

  • You are a true team player. One for all, all for one - that is your and our motto.
  • You already have several years (4-5 y.) of experience in planning, supporting and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, ideally in an agency or agile project teams, with a focus on B2B verticals.
  • Ecommerce experience is a huge plus.
  • You are an absolute Paid Social Pro and understand how to successfully activate the channel also in coordination with other Owned (mailings, newsletters, notifications, SEO) However, you are also curious to extend your experience to other platforms and channels to implement holistic campaigns.
  • You express your passion and expertise for the field in sound analyses and statements supported by data.
  • Your communication within the team and to clients is exemplary. You bubble with empathy and sensitivity; this enables you to build bonds of trust in your professional environment. You act as a mentor and knowledge broker within the team - thereby promoting innovative solutions for our field, customers and projects.
  • In addition to a university degree or adequate qualification in Marketing, Business Administration or Management, we require native English skill level. German or other foreign languages, on the other hand, are a bonus but not mandatory.
  • With your experience in working with Google Marketing Platform solutions, Adobe Cloud or knowledge of R, Python and/or JavaScript, you bring an ultimate USP.
  • Since our Paid Advertising Team is centrally organized, you feel confident to report or request proactively and align mainly virtually with our Team in Germany.
  • You have no problems working on-site at the customer for a few days in addition to workshop appointments. This is not the rule, but it can happen.
