One of our clients – famous multinational supermarket chains has initiated a project for the creation of an e-commerce application designed to be rolled-out to 10 international markets (pilot countries USA and Germany). Specifically for this our client, who is entering the Bulgarian market, we are responsible for helping them start the project and hire the needed people for the successful operations. That is why in the first couple of months you will be employed at diva-e Sofia before becoming a regular employee of our client. We do not want to keep it very mysterious – we will let you know their name during our meeting.

Operations Specialist Social Marketing (m/f/d) in Sofia
Full-time 
 
Being part of an international team who is in charge of a social marketing platform, you will be responsible to ensure the software solutions are monitored in a proper way and remain in a stable state. Being in charge of the incident and request management, as well as of the monitoring and reporting, your focus will be to enhance system processes and landscape.

About the job

  • Understand business requirements and convert them into technical configurations for things like workflows, rule sets, reporting, permissions, etc.
  • Consult the team and our business stakeholders on system performance, scalability and stability.
  • Track the system version and advise and perform future updates.
  • Ensure a high service quality by monitoring the system’s main KPIs as well as the interfaces (e.g. stability, performance, data flow, data quality and completeness).
  • Fix bugs and process small functional requests. Prepare the relevant documentation.
  • Communicate with different internal stakeholders like IT and Business teams.
  • Communicate with vendor support and provide training to level one and level two support.
  • Use Ticketing Systems (e.g. JIRA, ServiceNOW) to report on operational risks, incidents and bugfixes.
  • Prepare reports about the system, vendor SLAs, support quality KPIs.

Requirements

  • You are a real team player, able to work autonomously and attentive to details.
  • Experience in Sprinklr or similar enterprise social marketing and community management platforms is desirable.
  • You are fluent in English. Good command of German is an advantage.
