One of our clients – famous multinational supermarket chains has initiated a project for the creation of an e-commerce application designed to be rolled-out to 10 international markets (pilot countries USA and Germany). Specifically for this our client, who is entering the Bulgarian market, we are responsible for helping them start the project and hire the needed people for the successful operations. That is why in the first couple of months you will be employed at diva-e Sofia before becoming a regular employee of our client. We do not want to keep it very mysterious – we will let you know their name during our meeting.

Being part of an international team, you will be responsible to define test methods, test cases and test data requirements as part of our software releases. Your day-to-day job will be in close collaboration with our agile teams looking after enterprise Marketing Solutions such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, Adobe Workfront and Sprinklr. Taking care of capacity forecasts, manual and automated test execution, -monitoring and -reporting, your focus will be to enhance and ensure the high quality of our agile software deliveries.

About the job
- Implement, execute, and analyse manual and/or automatic testing to validate the functionality of a product or service.
- Take the lead in the preparation, management and execution of interface and functional tests (SIT, UAT and sprint related).
- Provide input on test capacity forecasts, effort, duration, and requirements for test activities.
- Define test methods, test cases and test data requirements (e.g., from User Stories, incidents, test execution feedback) to validate the functionality of a product or service in accordance to defined standards, policies, and guidelines.
- Consult with QA Engineer on cluster wide test approach, processes and lessons learned.
- Identify and share best test and validation practice within Tester community and agile team.
- Communicate with different internal stakeholders like IT and Business teams.
- Use Ticketing Systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to report on implementation progress, test status, operational risks, incidents and bugfixes.
Requirements
- You are a real team player, able to work autonomously and attentive to details.
- You have previous experience in a similar role.
- Profound experience in software testing (processes, tools, methodologies) and the ITIL concept.
- ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level, ISTQB Agile Tester Extension or ISTQB Test Automation Engineer certification is desirable.
- Knowledge of at least one of the following technologies: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, REST as well as APIs and single-page applications.
- Knowledge in data exchange technologies (REST API, SOAP, XML/JSON) is an advantage.
- You have very good command in English.
