As a part of an international team of Salesforce Consultants and Developers you will support the implementation of Salesforce-driven business processes and complex IT solutions.
About the job
- Ensure the smooth running of the test processes after the different configurations, integrations, regular updates
- Define and write test cases and prepare test plans
- Responsible for various types of testing, including regression testing
- Perform manual testing ensuring high standards
- Involve in the design of user stories, specifications, and other documentation to ensure testability and completeness.
- Identify, analyse, and document bugs and defects discovered during testing using tracking tools.
- Interact with colleagues in order to investigate and resolve reported defects.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Salesforce testing methodologies.
Requirements
- You are an empathetic team player.
- A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with a learning mindset also loving to share knowledge.
- You are passionate about quality assurance, and you have at least 1 years of experience with manual testing or working with Salesforce tools.
- You have experience supporting Agile-based projects.
- Must have: Experience with User and/or Business Acceptance Testing.
- Ideally, you have already been able to gather knowledge about Salesforce.
- Optional: ISTBQ certification or another qualification equal to it.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English.
