Senior Account Manager (m/f/d)

 As a Senior Account Manager at diva-e, you will be the pivotal contact for our clients in the USA. Your mission will be to establish and nurture customer relationships, manage projects, and ensure customer satisfaction and business success, simultaneously.

About the job

  • Building and maintaining client relationships in NA
  • Work with our technology partners on Go-To-Market strategies and execution
  • Managing and overseeing digital projects from conception to implementation together with our teams in Europe and US
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and retention through stellar service
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and implement customer-centric solutions
  • Managing administrative tasks and customer data of our US office
  • Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Monitoring and analyzing customer KPIs and derive actionable recommendations
  • Continually updating your knowledge in the field of Digital Business and Performance Marketing


  • You are a true team player. One for all, all for one - that is your and our motto.
  • A minimum of [5] years of experience in Account Management, preferably in a digital agency, e-commerce or within the Performance Marketing domain
  • Experience in customer service and retention in the US market
  • Knowledge and experience in project management
  • Strong communicative skills and problem-solving ability
  • Experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Business is a plus
  • Independent, structured way of working and an empathetic team player
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
  • Willingness to travel as business conditions require (US, Europe)
