Senior Consultant (m/f/d) Salesforce in Sofia
Full-time

As a part of an international project management team you will drive the implementation of complex CRM Salesforce solutions. You will help our customers to align their sales channels with automated processes for maximum customer satisfaction. As a consultant, you build the foundation for the functionality of these digital solutions.

About the job

  • You will play a key role in your Salesforce project team and you will lead through all phases of the project: starting with the requirements analysis and solution conception to project implementation and user training.
  • You are responsible for integrating the Salesforce Cloud into the customer's system environment and will also advise the customer on Salesforce features and applications that are optimal for their processes and use cases.
  • You will make adjustments (configuration) to new and existing Salesforce systems and contribute your know-how and ideas to the design of customer projects, working closely with your colleagues and supporting through all phases of the project.
  • You will be asked to support the preparation of quotations and the development of follow-up projects for existing customers. Champion a full cycle project experience including participating in workshops, panel discussion and sales pitches, taking.
  • At customer sites, you will conduct presentations, workshops, expert panels and meetings yourself.

Requirements

  • You are an empathetic team player eager to lead a team.
  • A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with a learning mindset also loving to share knowledge.
  • Experienced in customer service with a focus on IT or CRM (ideally Salesforce) combined agile project management skills.
  • You have a deep understanding of operational processes in the areas of CRM, sales, service and marketing. You also have a high level of commitment combined with analytical and conceptual skills.
  • Ideally, you have already been able to gather expert knowledge about Salesforce or even acquire Salesforce certifications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English. However mainly we are based in Germany so if you know some German, that would be a huge plus!
