About the job
- Your main task will be the design and development of a scalable and performant data lakehouse in the Azure environment.
- Therefor you design and implement ETL processes in Azure Databricks.
- You design and implement models and machine learning algorithms and operationalize them over the complete machine learning lifecycle.
- You provide traceable version control and ensure runnability with your code reviews.
- Additionally you implement various products of the Azure Platform and ensure business analytics through Data Lakehouse pattern.
Requirements
- You have several years of experience with the Azure platform and working with Spark SQL and PySpark, as well as building data lakehouses respecting the medallion architecture.
- You have already successfully built and managed machine learning models with Scikit-learn and mlflow and managed and reviewed your code with Git.
- The last years you have worked in agile development teams according to the Scrum framework and you also enjoy interdisciplinary collaboration, think analytically and solution-oriented, and have a strategic approach.
- You are characterized by an innovative, open mindset and that you strive to create conventions for coding and collaboration.
- Last but not least you are a strong communicator and speak good English.
