Being a part of a diverse team of CMS and application developers, UX/UI, SCRUM coaches and product owners, you will drive the implementation of challenging web projects and help our customers to shape their online brand on UX-optimised interfaces. Usually we develop in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript. However, we also use frameworks such as React, Angular and Vue.

About the job
- Develop modern and responsive web portals, micro frontends as well as web applications within a scrum team and code them with the highest level of quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with our concept and UX team and support your colleagues in the creation of concepts and architecture. Your passion for technology, aesthetics and usability will help you drive forward the project.
- Partnering with the scrum team you will be responsible for user stories, estimating customer requirements and actively participate in reviews and retrospectives.
- Champion a full cycle project experience including frontend development, taking on management tasks and partnering with our customers.
Requirements
- You are an empathetic team player.
- In frontend development, you like to break new grounds and question the tried and tested. We are happy to offer you all the necessary freedom!
- A positive, resourceful, and motivated attitude with a learning mindset also loving to share knowledge. We are happy to support you with a variety of trainings, tech workshops, pair programming, code reviews and much more!
- You are passionate about frontend development and have already gained experience in designing and developing web applications with HTML 5, CSS 3 or JavaScript as well as programming with React, Angular or Vue will be a part of your day-to-day business.
- Knowledge of development languages such as Sass or LESS, tools such as webpack or know-how in DevOps and virtualization environments are a plus, but not a must. We will learn and grow together.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as fluency in English. However, we are mainly based in Germany so already knowing some German is a huge plus but not a necessity!
